As a person who keeps to herself, true friends are rare and seldom found. Acquaintances are aplenty, but truth to be hold even she doesn't know the clear distinction between acquaintances and friends. Perhaps you'll share more about yourself with the latter? 

Regardless of the nuances of grey between those two distinctions, Kiyomine is always an easy person to get along with. She'll see requests for her time as a task given to her from someone whom she doesn't mind helping, and will treat the people around her roughly all the same. It's pretty hard to tell whether you're her friend or just another face on the street, but if she approaches you with a friendly invitation for tea it's probably safe to bet on the side leaning closer to 'friend'.

The key for her to see you as a disliked individual is pretty simple, and applies to everyone who happens to be under this category - just do something that goes against the normal etiquette expected out of someone in such an establishment which she comes from, such as starting fights or purposely breaking.. basically anything that has to do with the building.

If you've wronged her in the past and come to her for help, chances are they'll be an excuse or two coming your way masked behind a pleasant demeanor and a friendly tone of voice. She'll see you off with a respectful goodbye, similarly fashioned the same way she treats everyone else. Such as with friends, it's not an easy thing to figure out if she has you pegged as a disliked individual or not.

Love and affection is still something foreign for this spirit. In the however many decades she had been on the face of this world, never once had Kiyoshi engage in acts with another man. It isn't like she sees herself above such frivolous acts, not at all. The problem herein lies in the fact that she had just never found someone she's interested in. Really, the only experience she had regarding anything to do with romance would be from the books she had read and the couples that sometimes stay in her mansion. Romance is an interesting part of life that she had never dipped her toes in, though the thought of never finding love doesn't particularly affect her. In the same vein, the idea of eventually finding someone to give her affection to doesn't sound too bad as well. 

I welcome any other ideas you guys may have for your character and Kiyoshi. Something to do with the mansion, perhaps? Maybe they have rented a room some time ago, or are currently looking for a place to stay? Write up a message and we could always discuss it in-detail through a pm.
