A university that is known around the nation for its talented students and its drama. The facility is very old fashioned and classic, as is the music that slowly drifts from it's ivy-covered walls. Students come from all over the nation to study the arts at this beautiful institution.

The section of town that houses many of the quiet, independently owned shops and restaurants. There are many things to do while walking alongside the ocean atop this well-crafted boardwalk. At the end of the boardwalk is a large ferris wheel, a popular place for young couples.

Nicknamed this because it's a great place to get that first kiss from that beautiful person. It's a very secluded spot overlooking the ocean, tucked safely away in the dark, creepy woods! You know, the best place ever! It's probably also good for killing your next victim, but who does that? Heh..

Those who live in Seaside are usually seen in comfy little homes that still burn real wood. That being said, there are new apartment complexes that house the university students and those with lower incomes. They certainly aren't dumpy, but they certainly aren't the safest...

This hospital is a place where people are supposed to get better, and most people do. That being said, it is a little out of date. They technology could be better, the staff could be friendlier, but what do you expect when you're in such an isolated location? It isn't like there are that many people to serve.

The oldest building in Seaside and by far the most versatile. This building provides a place for all of the townsfolk to converse, as well as a great place to hire a lawyer. The Town Hall is a very outdated building that makes many people feel a little queasy, mostly because of the history of violence that went down in the basement. It's actually boarded off, but that won't stop the curious.
