Old | Spirit(wind) | Male| pansexual | Spirit of Fall a p p e a r a n c e Akie traditionally looks human in all aspects, though sometimes when he’s in one of his moods he might sprout a pair of horns or a various extra eyes. He’ll claim the eyes are purely so he can view the foliage better, but it’s generally good not to trust him on his word. He’ll dress according to where he’s at usually. When lingering in any of the less populated areas, he’ll don whatever he feels like, usually something loose and comfortable. Closer to the town he’ll wear slightly out of date clothing, anything from changshan, kimono, to 70’s western wear. Though in his actual season he tends to lose his grip on what's actually okay to wear. He’s been seen copying some of the females on campus… What I’m trying to say is he owns a pair of uggs and yoga pants and trying to convince him not to wear them will usually only result in pain. p e r s o n a l i t y Cheerful- Self explanatory, not much can bring Akie down and a smile is pretty much a permanent fixture on his face. Even when it’s not his season he’ll find things around to keep himself content, though the lack of color in the trees always bothers him. Creative- A lover of the arts, he practises anything from writing and painting, to acting. He’s not necessarily equally good at all of them (his scrapbooking is atrocious), but he’ll certainly dabble in any new thing that comes up. Romantic- He’s a little obsessed with romance, though he tends to flit from person to person, he likes to do little things for them. Candle lit dinners, quiet walks, flower deliveries, and if he actually gets to know them beyond that he might work towards getting them more personalized gifts. The only problem is he tends to be very public with his gifting, which can be very embarrassing for his… victims. Valentine’s and White Day are the only holiday’s he’ll happily celebrate outside of his season. Whimsical- It’s hard not to fall into a sense of whimsy when the leaves start changing color. It’s only worse for him because he’s the one causing it. His jokes and pranks are light hearted, his fantastical thoughts high, and his curiosity insatiable. Unaggressive- He avoids conflict to the point of walking out during arguments, whether or not he’s involved in them. Physical conflict he’ll just vanish from and avoid going out for a while. Distant- He can be distant to anyone, though he’s especially distant towards his fellow seasons. He’s dissatisfied with what those spirits do to their seasons; too hot, too cold, too polleny *sneeze!*. Forgetful- Forgetting to bring his paints, his pencils, forgetting he had a date set up, forgetting he may have made a promise, unfortunately things tend to fall out of his head. Indecisive- Almost as bad as his forgetfulness, he has a hard time making decisions. Should he flirt with person A or person B? Paint or draw? Slip in and pretend to be a student or take over a class as a teacher? Eventually something will spur him into a decision, it just tends to take a while and he’ll always bemoan that now he doesn’t know what would have happened if he made the other decision. h i s t o r y Before Seaside’s population explosion, Akie mainly stuck to himself. He made friends with the other spirits, occasionally visiting the town under guises. The problem was that the townsfolk basically knew everyone, so it became rather difficult to explain his presence. He’d still flit in and check on them as a gentle breeze, blowing the fallen leaves around and sucking up the joy that the townsfolk expressed at his gorgeous coloring. It wasn’t until the University came that Akie felt like he sort of had a purpose. Influx of people meant he could come and go as he pleased without people questioning who he was. It got to the point that he barely went back into nature. He spent more time in a human form, talking to the students, learning what they were studying. Akie liked to tell people he was just a representative of the school, though when the students would ask after him later the faculty would be confused. He’s claimed one of the run down shacks in town for his own, fixing it up himself and decorating the inside with various items he could snatch. And gifts. He has so many pieces of art given to him by students that it’s become wall paper. "woosh." |
