@kirby love, taito first post, yissss so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night Tristan was surprised by how quiet this little town was. Even when he visited a new place, there were normally people who would heckle him or follow him around out of curiosity, but here... here was nice. here was quiet... here was... kind of boring, actually. he felt like he might not stay long in this place, after all. perhaps it was just one of the many rest stops he would take on a way to find his newest home. he imagined skyscrapers and hot coffee every morning... not a light mist and him clutching his jacket tightly to his pallid body.
he sighed deeply, taking a moment to push his fringe back down after the gentle breeze had tousled it. maybe he could just shift into his natural form and cavort with the local birds for a few hours or days or however long it amused him. he'd probably make a lot more friends that way.
A smirk took his lips as he imagined the scenes, but eventually, he had plopped himself down by one of the trees that overlooked a beautiful landscape. it was easy on his tired eyes, and he leaned his head back against the trunk to rest himself.
He let out a gentle "mmn," before feeling himself slipping between the real and dream worlds, quite comfortable now that he was sitting. a nap wouldn't be so terrible, either, right? ulla

birds chirped off in the distance. something that anyone else would find peaceful, while kirby found it to be rather annoying. too bad he was too busy on the verge of dying from the hike all the way up to the point to even care. people always came up here to make out, which was what the young man was kind of hoping to walk in on.
once he had finally trekked to the top, he was disappointed to find no star crossed lovers anywhere. at least he had some art supplies in the backpack that was weighing him down tremendously. all he had to do was find a subject. all around him there were trees and animals, and even the beautiful sky to portray, but he felt like all those things were overdone these days.
the young man pushed further into the woods, only to almost trip over something. or someone rather. hazel eyes shot at the body lying limp, propped up against a tree. is he dead? kirby thought to himself. that would have made for an interesting story, and an even better thing to capture into a work of art.
just in case this being wasn't dead, kirby tiptoed as silently as he could until he was facing him dead on. the brown-haired man sat cross-legged in the grass, inches away from the sleeping - or possibly dead - person. the black backpack slipped from his back and onto the grassy ground, where hands restlessly ripped into it to pull out his sketchbook and pencils.
as he looked over his subject he took in all the details. he sure as hell didn't look like your typical person. kirby caught a glimpse of tattoos nearly everywhere his eyes looked, and piercings were aplenty. with skin so pale this black haired beauty could almost be compared to a doll. A very strange doll, but interesting nonetheless.
the pencil moved effortlessly across the blank slate of paper, lines going this way and that way. "this is going to look so sick." the words fell softly from his lips.

love, taito this is already cute so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night shallow breaths escaped the bird as he slept, his chest rising and falling almost slow enough that he seemed still. sure, it was a strange way to sleep, but what about him wasn't odd in some way? it wasn't like he could help it.
but he was slightly irked when he felt the presence of another approaching, and just that was enough to wake him from his short rest. instead of watching the person, though, he instead decided to simply listen. light footsteps denoted that this person wasn't exactly a heavy figure. someone that he could easily take if worse came to worse. but also someone light enough that he could carry around happily if the moment appeared.
he continued his steady pace of sleep-like breathing, and once he heard the other stop in front of him and felt his presence come inches away, tristan was almost tempted to jolt forward and plant an unexpected smooch on whatever had found him. it would definitely be an interesting way to begin a meeting, that was for sure. but before he could do anything so brash, the figure pulled away, and he heard a decent amount of shuffling before the murmur escaped him.
tristan waited... and waited... and waited. he could almost feel the other's eyes tracing over him, and to be honest, it felt quite enjoyable. the gentle scratching was obviously either writing or drawing, and thanks to the strokes, he was able to tell that it was, indeed, a sketch. what exactly was this person drawing about him? what was he focusing on? he was close enough that tristan could reach out and touch him... but he wanted to be more subtle than that. after all of the buildup, he needed just enough of a creep factor to pull this one off...
so he simply opened his eyes and finally returned the gaze. he had to admit that the boy was fairly easy on the eyes, though not as attractive as other people that he'd run into on his travels. but he was still young, so he had time to grow.
"should i give a more flattering angle?" he breathed, smirk cracking over his thin lips. "or would it mess anything up, Mister artist?" ulla

the sketch had been coming along nicely. every detail was pretty much perfect. though as soon as his subject spoke, fear jolted through him, and his hands slid across the sheet of paper. anger flashed through him, but only for a moment until he caught a glimpse of those freakish eyes. this just kept getting more and more interesting.
kirby instantly regained his composure, trying to hide the fact that he had just flashed through three different emotions at once. the tone of his voice and the smirk on his face caused a torrent of butterflies to swirl around in the pit of his stomach. how could he even respond to that? "i'd say this is a pretty flattering angle, but the sketch is almost finished, so you can move as you please."
what was he even saying right now? despite the confusion that raged within him, he somehow managed to stay composed, a wide smile gracing his lips. kirby had often found many males to be attractive, but never once acted on it. never once kissed or even touched a man, but boy oh boy, was he ever so curious.
"wanna take a peek?" without even waiting for an answer, the young man flipped the sketchbook around, showing this odd stranger his portrait. "i mean, it was looking pretty nice until someone had to ruin it, but it's whatever." his tone sounded fairly serious, but his face told a different story as he pointed at the giant line that slashed through his art. nothing an eraser couldn't handle, that's for sure.
his dainty hands set the sketchbook back in his lap. there was no way he would be able to sketch with those eyes staring into the very pit of his soul. although, the more he took in of this stranger, the more he wanted to get to know him. something in the pit of his stomach told him otherwise.

love, taito i'm okay with this so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night of course this was a flattering angle, tristan thought to himself. every angle of him was flattering, after all. but he didn't need to voice that, right? someone might think that he was conceited if he did. but what interested tristan more than himself right now was the fact that the boy seemed flustered. was it his appearance? or perhaps it was simply his eyes. he was comfortable up until this point... right?
at the mention of seeing the sketch, tristan leaned forward, staring at the piece. it wasn't the best thing ever and probably needed work along with taking care of the darker pencil mark, but other than that, there was definitely promise in this child.
his smirk widened some as he glanced back to lock eyes with the boy. "it's not half bad," he commented, now interested to see how his artwork would develop over the years of his mortal life. would this boy become a famous artist or simply crash and burn like so many others he had met? of course he hoped for the best, but that was rarely the case when it came to the ones gifted in the arts.
when the book returned to the boy's lap, the smile tugged into a light frown. "are you done already? or are you finishing it later, hnn?"
or was the boy interested in talking to him and not simply doodling?
black and red eyes snapped back up to the human. "i'm tristan. and you?" ulla

with each passing minute, kirby could feel himself feeling more and more at ease with this stranger. although, anyone else would probably feel more inclined to run for the hills and never look back. that wasn't an option for this young man. there was no way he would show such distasteful cowardice.
those red and black eyes gazed over the young man's artwork, and his smirk widened as those same red and black eyes locked with kirby's hazel ones. "yeah, i know." the cocky words fell from his lips. of course he was nowhere near the best in his major, he definitely took pride in his work, even if other people couldn't appreciate it.
the stranger inquired about kirby's actions. a nervous chuckle escaped his vocals as a hand scratched anxiously at the back of his head. "i'll finish it later. don't worry, i'll sign it for you and give it to you when it's finished. never know how much it's going to be worth in the future." now he was smirking right back at him.
small hands went ahead and actually shoved the sketchbook and pencil in his backpack, preferring to stretch out his legs. kirby didn't know how long he had been sitting crisscross, but man was it taking a toll on his knees. felt good to stretch out his short limbs.
so, this person...or thing did in fact have a name. such a bland name for such an interesting looking creature. then again, not everyone could be so lucky as to have such creative parents like his own. "i'm kirby." he introduced. "it's nice to meet you. i guess." a teasing smile brightened up his face as he locked eyes with tristan.

love, taito you're awesome <3 so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night a light laugh escaped the crow as the other gave a short, yet confident answer. tristan definitely liked him already and could feel himself making a new friend rather quickly.
his smile only grew as the other spoke of giving him the drawing. "i'll be sure to hang it in a prominent location in my house, then. wouldn't want anything as masterful as this to go unnoticed, now would we?" of course he was stretching the truth, but he was indeed glad to be offered such a gift. he didn't have much artwork since he'd just moved here, but anything and everything would be accepted.
as the boy stretched, tristan's curious eyes couldn't help but take int he smaller boy's form. he seemed so young and frail and easy to manipulate with a few well-placed words... but the crow wouldn't try anything of the sort. not yet, at least. but it definitely was a thought stored in the back of his mind now.
he guessed? the crow's smirk quickly went lopsided, and he snickered. "you're the one that was drawing me, young man. if anything, you should feel flattered that this poor, unsuspecting model didn't mind at all and was quite enamored with your handiwork."
Eyes still locked on the boy, tristan leaned against the tree again. "what're you doing out here anyways, hmm? this town doesn't seem to have much going on for it unless you had something in mind on your way up to the cliff." ulla

that light laugh caused a gentle smile to warm the expression on his face. the young man couldn't help but feel like they were going to get along very well. just like kirby, it seemed like tristan didn't really give a fuck.
as the dark haired man spoke, kirby's expression changed in an instant. it wasn't everyday someone complimented his art like that. a faint blush colored his cheeks, though he turned his head away in an attempt to hide it. "better hang it so right when people walk into your place they see it. i want all comments written down on a pad of paper." he joked, trying to take his mind off the compliment.
the brown haired young man didn't really believe him. if he did wind up giving the sketch away, he doubted tristan would care so much as to hang it up anywhere. not like kirby would blame him. it wasn't like this gift was coming from someone near and dear to him. it would probably sit in a nightstand or used as a coaster on a coffee table.
hazel eyes caught the expression change on tristan's face. that heart stopping smirk went lopsided, and words that were completely unexpected were shot into the air. kirby smiled regardless. "you're right. please forgive me. i'll do anything to make it up to you, kind sir." a faint chuckle slipped from his vocals.
there were those eyes again. burning through his skin. how were people so comfortable around him? how were people not terrified about the fact of his very existence? thoughts were shattered like glass as tristan asked a question.
"i came up here to spy on people and possibly do artsy things....but i guess i wound up doing a bit of both." the young man smirked. "what about you, hmmm?"

love, taito sssh yer faec so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night so, he'd hang it in the small space just when people walked into his house and have an end table under it with a gust book. Sounded simple enough and, honestly, something fun to bring up in conversation. he was glad that it was this person who was here and not someone dull.
"i personally came here to find something fun to do... but instead, i wound up asleep. it's very peaceful here." not only that, but he could definitely feel that quite a few people had been here, and most walked away happy. the flavor was pungent in the energies, and he was enjoying every second of it.
"then again, i am new to the town, so i'm not certain where all of the hot spots are here. i'd love to have a guide to help me around, if you'd like to take me up on that offer sometime."
he smirked again, eyes tracing over the boy's figure. he dressed a little frumpy, but it seemed to suit his otherwise seemingly stringish figure. quite cute, actually.
"and don't think i didn't catch that blush earlier," he said, quirky smirk plastering itself back onto his lips. "it looked kind of adorable on you." ulla

the way he spoke gave kirby goosebumps. he could tell there was a lot of wisdom trapped underneath all those jokes and teasing comments. it was slightly intimidating. "if you wanted fun you came to the wrong place." words came out in a sigh. his father was right in dragging their family here. there was barely any trouble for kirby to get into. "everyone seems content here, though. so i guess that's what counts." sometimes it was hard to believe that the world didn't revolve around him.
tristan spoke more. requesting that kirby be his tour guide. tour guide of what? there was little to nothing in this town. the only thing this town could even brag of was the university. he wouldn't ruin the air with his negative comments, though. "yeah, i can do that." a warm smile graced his lips, lighting up his facial features wonderfully. "it'll cost ya, though."
just when kirby thought he could be perfectly fine and composed again, the black haired man had to speak once again. except this time, he was teasing him over blushing, and complimenting how it had looked on him. wide eyes full of awe stared back at tristan. once again he felt his cheeks get all warm, and this only annoyed the young man completely. he went from a look of awe to looking completely flustered.
his mind was completely frazzled. how was he supposed to respond to that? "yeah, well, don't think i can't notice you checking me out every five minutes." he huffed, lips pursing into a pout. "jerk." the words came out in a low grumble. this wasn't fair. kirby wasn't the one that was supposed to fall subject to these things. it was always him hitting on the babes, and now the tables had turned and he didn't know how to handle it.
to avoid tristan's gaze, the young man plopped onto his back, hazel eyes staring at the sky above him. he had to focus on something; anything other than focusing on tristan.

love, taito and it goes so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night tristan could feel himself growing more and more interested in the boy, but moreso to fill his own earthly desires than anything else. this boy would be one he needed to keep close to, definitely. his mannerisms and reactions told tristan more than he could have asked for. kirby wasn't running or getting creeped out by his gentle advances...
... and the fact that he just flopped down made it so much worse.
almost instinctively, tristan leaned forward, easily crawling to and hovering over the boy. "how brave of the prey to show his weakness to the predator," he purred, dropping to his elbows and gazing deep into those hazel eyes. now that he was this much closer to the boy and their faces were only inches away, he seemed much more attractive. then again, he rolled so easily for a stranger, so there was no telling what this boy could have gotten himself into beforehand. maybe he did this sort of thing with anyone who would give him the time of day. but tristan couldn't have minded less one way or another.
he lowered himself more, gaze still intense on the other, until their lips barely touched. "really," he muttered, feeling their skin brush against each other, "you're making this much too easy."
and in another simple move, he captured the boy's bottom lip between his, closing his eyes as he grew content with the feeling of the gentle kiss. ulla

silence ebbed between the two of them, making kirby feel almost uncomfortable. right as he was about to muster up the courage to see what the other male was up to, it was too late. tristan was looming over his body, words purred gently into his ears. the young man held his hazel gaze steady with tristan's red one. his heart was beating like a war drum. kirby wanted to speak, but couldn't seem to find his voice.
the closer tristan got, the more kirby caught his scent. it was musty, but not in a bad way. his breath was warm on his face as he spoke once again. this was his first time ever being this close to a male in such an intimate way, but he didn't want to fight it. tristan's porcelain skin brushed his, causing butterflies to crash like waves in the pit of his stomach. was he just teasing him right now? there was no way this was truly about to happen, right?
"what are you-" but before the young man could finish his sentence, lips were gently pressed against his. for a second, kirby almost fought it, but the longer their lips remained together, the more calm he felt; hazel eyes slowly closing shut. it was no different than kissing a girl. he was surprised at how gentle tristan could be with his lips. the longer the kiss went on the more he wanted.
small hands eagerly tangled themselves in that soft black hair. what on earth was he doing? his pride was nagging him for succumbing to a male, but at this point it didn't matter to him anymore. the kiss felt right. it felt good. despite wanting to stay lip locked for as long as possible, kirby could feel his lungs desperately needing oxygen.
hands unraveled from his hair as he gently pulled his lips from tristan's. cheeks grew warm as a deep red flushed through them. another pout came to his face as he turned away from the unique young man. "you're a good kisser." he grumbled like a child.

love, taito bee = #1 trissy fan so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night tristan wished he would have been surprised by how easily this all came along, but he could almost feel it coming. there was a hesitation at first from the human, but once he melted into the kiss, it seemed that he was completely entranced.
the crow's body warmed exponentially as he felt a calm energy from the boy, and tristan easily gave in to the kiss as well--even moreso when he felt the fingers against his scalp. he had always enjoyed being petted, especially in his natural form, but he was pretty certain that he couldn't engage in a kiss like this with a sharp, pointy little beak.
he was almost saddened when the other broke the exchange, but as soon as the words tumbled from his mouth, tristan let out a light chuckle. "coming from you? i'll definitely take that compliment." he leaned down again to nuzzle a gentle trail up the boy's cheek. "but since you're turned like that, i can't exactly go for round two, now can i?"
instead, he smirked playfully and dipped down to lick with his pierced tongue from the boy's ear that currently faced him all the way to his chin. he hummed happily from the other's taste, feeling himself becoming even more enamored with him, before locking lips once more, pressing harder into the motion this time and allowing a hand to trace along the human's thin side, fingers dancing lightly over the cloth. ulla

that light chuckle warmed him to the very core. "you better, cause this is not an everyday thing for me." the young man never saw himself making out with another man before; let alone one that was a complete stranger. sure, he had always found the same gender to be somewhat attractive, but he never would have expected to be intimate with one.
as tristan nuzzled his cheek and spoke, goosebumps covered his arms and a chill ran down his spine. kirby was about to turn his head to face the other male, but before he could act it out a warm tongue traced the side of his face. hazel eyes widened in awe once again before lips were locked with his once more, this time not so gentle as the last.
a hand traced the side of his body, the heat almost burning through his clothing. kirby couldn't help but wonder if tristan was this forward with everyone he came across. he doubted he would ever see him again after this day, which only made him want to try even harder to impress the black haired male. kirby knew he wouldn't forget about this day, so all he had to do was make sure it was the same for tristan.
two hands were gently placed on those porcelain cheeks, slowly but surely moving towards that black hair; running his fingers slowly through the strands. with a smirk, the young man nibbled on tristan's lower lip, giving it a gentle tug. once again kirby broke apart the kiss, a wide smirk stretched across his lips.
"so how are you enjoying seaside so far?" the young man cooed with a playful wink.

love, taito trisby 5ever so lie to me and tell me we'll make it through the night a content sigh escaped the crow this time when the kiss was broken. of course he'd had his share of one-nighters and flings, but this little human definitely had some spunk and a similar sense of humor to his own. he wondered how long they'd be able to contain themselves up here... or if he'd need to bring this one back home with him.
a grin spread on the man's lips. "well... i definitely found something interesting to cure the boredom. you're a pretty good guide, mister artist."
with that, he retreated and stood, brushing the dirt off of his hands. "i'll have to come see you again," he cooed, feeling another video idea forming. he seriously needed to start bringing a notepad with him, and he didn't want to use the boy's sketchbook for something that he might not even end up using. "to get that picture, of course."
once he was certain that nothing had fallen out of his pockets, he smiled at kirby again. "maybe we'll see each other around town, adorable little thing."
he really needed to get this down before he forgot it. he could do a rant about cheesy romance movies and how sometimes, things like that actually did happen and his experiences with them. or maybe just talk about strange occurrences in general. or he could make it into a miniseries and do a "strange things that have happened to me" video on the first of every month? these things flew through his head as he trekked his way back down the well-worn path. ulla
